Save Group is strengthening its presence within Fnac franchise stores across France, even though Fnac itself owns WeFix, a direct competitor in mobile repairs. Save Group’s shop-in-shop corners have launched in locations such as Beaune, Vichy, and Roanne, each certified with the French QualiRépar label, which guarantees high repair standards. This development comes as Save Group was recently recognised as Best Retail Chain for Customer Service 2025 by Capital Magazine, highlighting its strong reputation.
The collaboration with Fnac franchisee Julien Murat demonstrates a growing demand for flexible and sustainable repair solutions in the market. Save Group offers a wide range of services, from repairing and refurbishing smartphones, including Apple iPhones, to buying back corporate devices and supporting public institutions and insurers nationwide. Their maintenance and fleet services are even used by local authorities, such as the Isère department and the town of Montceau-les-Mines. Despite WeFix’s network of over 130 outlets, Save Group is finding opportunities within up to 100 Fnac franchises, suggesting that consumer appetite for repair services is robust enough to support both brands.
In addition, Save Group has recently opened a new eco-conscious outlet in partnership with Orange on Rue de Rivoli in Paris. This location features recycled materials, locally made furnishings, and a dedicated area for smartphone repairs and the sale of refurbished devices. The partnership with Orange underscores Save Group’s commitment to promoting more responsible technology use and sustainable retail practices throughout France.
