Foxway launches advanced circular technology automation

Foxway has launched an innovative automated warehouse system that merges top-tier hardware with proprietary engineering, aimed at enhancing operational capabilities to meet the rising demands of the industry. This new advancement signifies a pivotal step forward in streamlining their processes.

The unveiling of this sophisticated automated system takes place at Foxway’s largest processing facility in Tartu, Estonia, which was designed with automation in mind when it opened in 2022. This facility is now setting benchmarks for efficiency and scalability within the refurbished mobile device sector.

In 2022, Foxway successfully processed 1.5 million devices, a figure that surged to nearly 2.4 million by the end of 2023. With such impressive annual growth, the company expects to exceed five million devices processed in Tartu over the next five years. To accommodate this expansion, investments in automation are essential for speeding up processing times, minimising errors, and enhancing the capacity to handle multiple sales orders at once. Oliver Kotkas, Operations Director, emphasises that this automation not only increases volume but also improves accuracy, demonstrating their commitment to innovation and sustainability in business practices.
