Foxway strengthens leadership to drive European expansion

Foxway, a leading provider of circular technology solutions, is advancing its European growth with a renewed strategic focus and key leadership appointments. Following its majority acquisition by Nordic Capital in 2023, the company introduced an updated strategy in 2024 to deliver sustainable tech solutions throughout the product lifecycle, from procurement and repair to remarketing and reuse. This approach is designed to meet rising demand from organisations seeking responsible and scalable technology options.

As part of these changes, Foxway has restructured its executive team to enhance customer focus and operational excellence. Steinar Aune has been named President for the Business Area Recommerce Computer & Enterprise, taking over from Kent Jeppesen, and will lead efforts to expand IT asset disposition and recommerce activities across Europe. On the same date, Carl-Fredrik Lidman will become President of Circular Workspace Solutions, bringing with him experience from senior roles at Telia, Telenor, and in strategic consulting, to drive innovation in workplace tech services.

Chief Executive Patrick Höijer emphasised that these leadership appointments are about more than just growth—they are intended to set new standards in circularity and empower customers to adopt genuinely sustainable technology. With these changes, Foxway aims to build a leadership team capable of guiding its customers and partners towards a future shaped by circular tech practices.
