Orange France has introduced its latest retail initiative, ‘Le Store’, with new outlets now open in both Paris and Lyon. This innovative store format places sustainability at its core, reflecting the company’s ongoing commitment to promoting responsible digital choices. Half of all handsets displayed within these locations are refurbished models, each benefiting from a 24-month commercial warranty and certified under the RECQ quality label.
The opening of ‘Le Store’ represents a further step in Orange’s ‘Re’ sustainability programme, which was first launched in 2020. The stores offer an in-house repair service for faulty devices, delivered in partnership with a reliable service provider. This convenient option allows customers to extend the life of their devices rather than replacing them prematurely.
In addition to repairs, Orange encourages customers to recycle their old phones by providing a dedicated collection point within each store. Through these initiatives, Orange France aims to make sustainable technology choices more accessible and appealing to the wider public.
