Orange Poland rolls out Breezy-powered trade-in

Orange Poland has introduced a nationwide trade-in programme built with Breezy that unites shop-floor and online journeys, offering instant discounts on new tech and rapid, photo-based valuations. Customers can complete the process in stores or from home in just minutes, receiving an AI-driven estimate from a snapshot of their device. The initiative aims to make upgrades more affordable while aligning with Orange’s focus on delivering the best experience over its high-speed mobile network.

The journey starts via an Orange account online, or at any Orange outlet for those not registered. A guided trade-in widget evaluates the handset using computer-vision analysis to determine model and condition without a physical inspection. Once the customer agrees to the quote and signs digitally via SMS, a voucher is emailed and remains valid for 60 days, redeemable against smartphones or accessories.

Handsets can be handed over at a store or collected by a free courier service, with logistics handled by Breezy. The convenience of home-to-store flexibility reduces friction and encourages responsible returns, helping more customers extract value from devices they no longer use.

Every returned product is processed by Breezy: working units are refurbished and resold, while irreparable items are dismantled and recycled to certified standards. Breezy’s CEO, Andrii Kosar, highlighted the collaboration’s speed and scope, spanning in-store trade-in, a new digital portal, and secure recycling as a catalyst for mainstreaming sustainable tech habits across Poland.
