Pandas partners with COSMOTE & GERMANOS for trade-in automation

COSMOTE and GERMANOS are launching a new partnership with Pandas to enhance their retail network through an innovative trade-in automation platform. This collaboration aims to boost customer retention and improve operational efficiency by providing a seamless and intuitive trade-in experience for customers, both online and in-store.

The combination of Pandas’ SDK Grading App and Flex machines establishes a robust omnichannel buyback solution. Customers can remotely assess their devices’ conditions via the COSMOTE and GERMANOS apps prior to visiting a retail outlet. Upon arrival, they can swiftly finalise their trade-ins using the in-store Flex machines, which leverage the Pandas Engine for an in-depth evaluation of both functionality and aesthetics, ultimately determining the device’s trade-in worth.

This automated approach aims to optimise the trade-in experience by significantly cutting down inspection durations and allowing staff to concentrate on other important duties. With Pandas’ precise grading technology, margin losses are minimised, which permits COSMOTE and GERMANOS to present attractive trade-in offers. This collaboration represents a new standard in effective and customer-centric trade-in solutions, providing enhanced convenience and value for their clientele.

Fanis Koutouvelis, the Founder and CEO of Pandas, expressed that they “… [are] proud to support COSMOTE & GERMANOS in delivering a seamless, automated trade-in experience. This partnership combines our automation platform with their reach, making device buybacks faster, more accurate, and convenient for customers while driving operational efficiency.”
