Reuse Technology Group strengthens board with strategic appointments to drive growth in circular IT

Reuse Technology Group, a rising leader in sustainable tech solutions, has appointed Keith Lowcock and George Henderson as Non-Executive Directors (NEDs), bringing significant strategic depth to its leadership team. The move supports the company’s ongoing ambition to transform the secondary IT market and expand its circular technology model globally.

Keith Lowcock joins the board with a distinguished background in technology leadership and strategic transformation. Over his 20-year career, he has led high-impact initiatives in investment, financing, and sustainability, including capital raises exceeding US$1.5 billion and large-scale transformation projects. His experience at a top-tier Hong Kong-listed firm and track record in delivering responsible growth make him a strong asset as Reuse Technology Group continues its market expansion.

George Henderson, a partner at Sudo Capital, brings a sharp focus on venture investment, corporate finance, and mergers & acquisitions. His forward-thinking approach to sustainable innovation aligns perfectly with Reuse’s mission to challenge conventional practices in IT and champion smarter reuse strategies. His insights will be key in refining the company’s growth strategy and expanding its investor base.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Keith and George to our board,” said Darrel Arjoon, Founder of Reuse Technology Group. “Their combined leadership and deep industry experience will be vital as we scale our impact, accelerate our circular tech model, and challenge outdated norms in the secondary IT space.”

These appointments come at a transformative moment for Reuse Technology Group, as it prepares for accelerated growth across the UK and international markets—driving innovation and sustainability across the tech supply chain.
