TD Synnex expands Samsung offering with Knox

TD SYNNEX has widened its UK Samsung portfolio by integrating the Knox security and device‑management platform, a move that not only enhances data protection but also supports more sustainable mobile‑technology practices. By enabling organisations to manage devices remotely and extend their usable lifespan through secure configuration and monitoring, the distributor is helping businesses reduce unnecessary hardware turnover and minimise electronic waste.

Building on its existing business‑to‑business role supplying Samsung handsets since mid‑2024, TD SYNNEX can now offer partners a single route for Galaxy devices and responsible lifecycle management. James Reed, managing director for endpoint solutions in the UK and Ireland, highlighted that the addition of Knox allows partners to combine device sales with managed deployment and security services that encourage longer, more efficient use of equipment.

Knox is available in Base, Essentials and Enterprise tiers, allowing organisations to select tools that improve operational control while supporting more sustainable device strategies. In use globally since 2013, the platform is suited to large‑scale rollouts and reinforces TD SYNNEX’s commitment to environmentally conscious endpoint management as the UK enterprise mobility sector increasingly prioritises longevity, efficiency and reduced environmental impact.
