Orange boosts mobile phone repair services

Orange has teamed up with Save, France’s top smartphone repair company, to offer faster and more affordable repair services. This partnership, part of Orange and Sosh’s “Re” circular economy program, aims to extend the lifespan of mobile phones and reduce carbon footprints. Customers can now access quality maintenance for their devices, even if they weren’t purchased from Orange.

The collaboration brings exclusive benefits to phone owners across 130 Save stores in metropolitan France. These include express repairs completed in under two hours for most cases, high-quality spare parts, a 20% discount on repairs with an Orange or Sosh invoice, a €25 repair bonus under certain conditions, and a 12-month warranty on all replaced parts, including batteries.

Orange’s commitment to a greener future is evident in its goal to achieve “Net Zero Carbon by 2040.” The circular economy is expected to contribute significantly to this target, with initiatives like eco-design, extending product lifespans, and reusing network equipment. Additionally, Orange is supporting the National Repair Days from October 18 to 20, 2024, to promote the repairability and sustainability of digital devices.
