Vodafone Czechia enhances trade-in program with Mobil Pohotovost

Vodafone Czechia has partnered with electronics retailer Mobil Pohotovost to offer Vodafone Flex users the best trade-in value for used phones and tablets. The money from these trade-ins can be used to purchase newer models through the RE-START service, which is part of the Vodafone Flex package. This service simplifies the upgrade process with online registration, courier service, and quick payment.

The Vodafone Flex package includes several benefits, such as discounted financing for new devices, worry-free use with Vodafone Care insurance, and the OneNumber service, which allows calls from smartwatches without a phone nearby. Vodafone is the only domestic operator to guarantee this service for Apple, Samsung, and Xiaomi watches. Both the OneNumber service and Vodafone Care insurance are free for the first three months.

Zohar Weitz, Vodafone’s VP mentioned that they “… want to provide customers with the full spectrum of the latest technologies, which is why we offer a comprehensive range of devices and additional services and features with discounted financing within the Vodafone Flex service package” and emphasised that they “… help our customers keep pace with the dynamic development of technology conveniently in one place and at favorable prices. We believe that modern technology should be accessible to everyone.”

In the Czech Republic, Vodafone serves over 4.5 million customers, with around 4 million using mobile services and approximately 700,000 using fixed services. Vodafone’s position in the market was strengthened after integrating UPC Czech Republic.
