Bamboo Connect expands its European device lifecycle operations

Bamboo Connect is accelerating its European expansion as annual device volumes exceed 220,000. The company currently manages device claims across more than 10 European countries and is increasing its capacity to support insurers, mobile operators and retailers with larger, multi-market programmes. Its expansion is focused on Central Europe, Southern Europe and the Nordic region.

The company offers both integrated and managed services covering areas such as repair, refurbishment, salvage, logistics and fulfilment. Through its managed model, Bamboo can coordinate the entire device claims process on behalf of clients, while its integrated approach allows businesses to select specific services and retain existing suppliers for other activities.

By bringing multiple stages of the device lifecycle together, Bamboo aims to reduce fragmentation across the European protection market. Its approach can support greater reuse of damaged or returned devices, helping insurers and retailers improve recovery rates while keeping more technology in circulation for longer.
