In 2023, Dipli achieved a significant milestone by producing 70% fewer greenhouse gas emissions per employee compared to the IT services and digital e-commerce sector. This impressive reduction is part of their commitment to sustainability and transparency. Their total emissions for the year amounted to 247 tCO2e, equivalent to the annual emissions of 26 French citizens, with 98% of these emissions falling under Scope 3, which includes indirect emissions.
To achieve these results, the group has implemented several initiatives. These include conducting the Climat Fresk workshop, introducing the Sustainable Mobility Package, developing a Supplier Charter, calculating their positive impact using the Ademe method, starting a carbon offsetting program with ReSoil, and evaluating their CSR management with EcoVadis. These actions reflect their proactive approach to reducing carbon footprint and enhancing their sustainability efforts.
Looking ahead, the group plans to launch an action plan in 2025 to further reduce emissions, maintain their EcoVadis rating, and continue measuring their carbon footprint with Greenly. They aim to implement targeted measures to lower Scope 3 emissions and strengthen their sustainability initiatives. Achieving the Silver certification places them among the top 15% of companies worldwide in climate governance, a testament to their dedication to environmental responsibility.
