Foxway has acquired Romanian technology specialist ABD (All Birotic Devices Trade & Service S.R.L.), expanding its refurbishment capacity and accelerating its European growth strategy. ABD, based in Bucharest, has long supported Foxway as a repair and restoration partner, helping deliver premium‑grade refurbished computers. Bringing the company fully into the Foxway group strengthens its ability to meet rising demand for high‑quality reused IT devices across the continent.

The acquisition forms a key part of Foxway’s long‑term plan to build a robust European infrastructure for circular technology. With more organisations seeking sustainable IT solutions that don’t compromise on performance or security, Foxway aims to scale its refurbishment, repair and reuse operations to keep more devices in circulation. The company already extends the lifespan of millions of units every year, reducing environmental impact by avoiding the emissions associated with new manufacturing.

ABD brings around 50 specialists and a dedicated tech centre capable of respraying, skinning and restoring devices to near‑new condition. Its 2024 revenue of approximately EUR 6.3 million and strong operational track record reinforce Foxway’s premium refurbishment offering, including its Teqcycle brand. As part of the deal, ABD’s seller will reinvest in Foxway, supporting continued expansion and development of the Romanian operation.

Foxway says the acquisition will allow it to deliver more top‑tier refurbished computers with the quality and reliability customers expect, helping European businesses access sustainable technology at scale. The move further positions the Sweden‑headquartered company as a leading force in circular IT, supported by Nordic Capital and active across more than 100 markets worldwide.
