The company’s team strives on a daily basis to offer quality products, and this rating is a perfect illustration of this.

This label, valid for 3 years, ensures that refurbished products are safe, high-quality and respect personal data. It also informs consumers clearly about the product’s state, parts, services and warranties. Each product meets specific quality standards (for example, phone batteries are at least 80% new). This label reflects SMAAART’s ongoing improvement and quality commitment, backed by an external audit.

The RecQ label is backed by DEKRA Certification and is the first European label to guarantee the quality of second-hand products reconditioned by professionals. This label is based on regulatory developments, such as the AGEC law, the anti-waste and circular economy law, and aims to offer additional guarantees and address the shortcomings of the sector.
